The BAUCE Stenpress BLUESTAR Versus
New system for sammying Wet-Blue leather belly to belly. Simplify the splitting and shaving operation. Avoid folds, more area. Ideal for full-thickness hides and hides divided into pelts.
This machine was conceived while keeping in mind during the planning phase the following characteristics dictated by the modern tanning industry:
• Sturdiness and reliability: given by the use of high-quality materials in combination with the most advanced construction techniques
• Drying power, obtained by using a completely hydraulic system having five drying cylinders disposed in double calender and with two differential pressures which develop 80 tonnes per single pressure
• Double-calender pressing system which permits squeezing at five points
• Rapid maintenance: right from the initial planning phase, the simple replacement of all the components subject to wear, and especially the realisation of a rapid and simple felt replacement system, had been considered
• Simplicity of use: that makes it suitable for use by unskilled personnel: automation of felt centring, the movement of the spreading cylinder; the thickness of the hide and the speed of work are displayed on the control panel
New system with double setting cylinder to work the leather in:
• belly to belly mode
• butt to neck mode
• belly to belly mode for leather with hump
• side leather
