The BAUCE Stenpress MVC-4 Versus
Through feed setting out and sammying machine with 4 different works function: belly to belly mode, butt to neck mode, belly to belly mode for leather with hump, side leather
New through-feed setting out and sammying machine is the result of over thirty years of experience in the through-feed leather pressing and spreading sector.
The quality of its output is undoubtedly higher than that of products obtained with traditional system.
A number of comparative tests have proved the superiority of the mvc-4 model in terms of surface increase and drying quality.
The machine features the following technical innovations:
• new design including a cylinder assembly with larger blade diameter
• bladed cylinders driven by more powerful motors fitted with a speed variator for cylinder revolving speed adjustment
• option of three leather passes through the bladed cylinders
New system with double setting cylinder to work the leather in:
• belly to belly mode
• butt to neck mode
• belly to belly mode for leather with hump
• side leather
